Her experience includes, initial public offerings in Malaysia and overseas, transfer listing, debt and equity offerings, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions of companies and businesses, privatization, foreign direct investment, placement and underwriting arrangements, conventional and Islamic debt financing, corporate and retail banking, engineering construction contracts, infrastructure, franchising, licensing, copyright, trade mark and industrial design registrations and other intellectual property matters, applications for stamp duty exemption, property and commercial joint ventures and transactions, inheritance and trusts and settlements and various other real estate, corporate and commercial matters.

She is one of the selected intellectual property lawyers from Asia to represent Malaysia in contributing an article in IP Client Strategies in Asia (Leading lawyers on developing a defense strategy navigating recent changes in IP protection and understanding the impact of the economic crisis on IP clients), 2010 edition published by Aspatore Books, A Thomson Reuters business in the United States of America.
